Our Properties
Our lease is a joint lease. We do not write individual leases for groups.
We do not do "shares" (finding housemates for you). You find your own roommates.
We require parental guarantys.
Leases are designed around the school year,
Our leases end 31 May. We offer twelve and ten month leases. Twelve month leases begin in June, Ten month leases begin in August.

Important Information
We have a no pets policy.
We require a deposit to take a property off the market equal to one month rent at the twelve month rate. Cash or good check.
